We are highly experienced Expert Witnesses in Civil Litigation proceedings and can provide expert Court reports to both Claimant and Defendant legal representatives. These may be the result of a wide range of incidents in which liability may be factor, such as Road Traffic Collisions, employment related injuries, accidents in public places or cases of Clinical Negligence.


Our team of expert Neuropsychologists specialise in Neuropsychological Medicolegal reports.  They are able to assess for the possible presence of acquired brain injury ranging from Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (MTBI) to more severe presentations. Assessments include the evaluation of:

  • Pre-injury ability and vulnerability
  • Psychological trauma, including PTSD and AD’s.
  • Physical trauma (e.g. pain, scarring, limb loss) with psychological consequences
  • Employment ability
  • Treatment, rehabilitation, work re-entry, prognosis and recovery

  • Effort and engagement


What is involved in a Neuropsychological Assessment?
