Terms and Conditions are commercial in confidence and available on request. Letter of instruction/referral, approved costings (if different to those outlined in the terms & conditions/provided separately), copies of documentation for review and signed terms & conditions must be received prior to any work being carried out. We would prefer these Terms & Conditions to be signed by the instructing solicitor and invoices to be settled by them. Below is an electronic copy of the form we require to be completed.
